| An assessment of existing education and public awareness materials and programs related to the Florida manatee was conducted for the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service's Manatee Recovery Implementation Team Education Working Group. The assessment was designed to identify any overlaps among the various education and outreach efforts; the full range of manatee issues that may need to be addressed through education and outreach but are not currently being adequately addressed; the target audiences that should be served by the Education Working Group, including those not currently being adequately served; and the best strategies and technologies to educate and inform the target audiences, including a prioritization of the groups who most need specific additional information and how to get the information to them. The study entailed a multimodal survey designed to assess the specific needs for manatee education and outreach efforts. | ||

| This study identified the issues of concern regarding green infrastructure among agency employees and Delaware residents, assessed the agency's capability to improve the public's awareness of green infrastructure so as to garner public support and involvement, inventoried current education programs, identified and prioritized issues affecting public support for the protection and management of green infrastructure, and developed strategies and recommendations for implementing effective green infrastructure education and outreach efforts. The study entailed a survey of agency employees, an inventory of green infrastructure education programs, and a telephone survey of Delaware residents. | ||

| This study was conducted to obtain direct public, stakeholder, and employee input regarding the future of the Georgia Department of Natural Resources (GA DNR), its strategic goals and desired long-term outcomes and objectives, and the challenges that the GA DNR will face in attempting to achieve its strategic goals. The study also assessed the level of support among the general population, stakeholders, and employees for the strategic direction of the GA DNR. The study entailed a multi-modal survey of the general population of Georgia, GA DNR stakeholders, and GA DNR employees. | ||
